Skiing down steep slopes with meters of snow, awesome jumps over cliffs – that’s what people saw on the 24^th of March at the Kitzsteinhorn at the X OVER RIDE. This event is an 3-star qualifier for the freeride world tour. Therefore the athletes where very motivated to win and get points for the worldwide ranking list. Congrats to the winners!

Safety first – all athletes did a “face check” of the slope before the event to prevent fatal accidents. The slopes were checked for possible avalanches too.

The Kitzsteinhorn is just perfect for freeriding – experienced skiers and snowboarders should check it out! Please get inspired from the video but don’t try it out yourselves without lots of training
