Marco PointnerSince the 1st december 2010, Marco Pointner is the head of Zell am See-Kaprun's marketing departement. Born in Salzburg, he knows the region pretty well. You can often find him in the mountains too. Even for his favourite hobby - the triathlon - he finds perfect training conditions in Zell am See-Kaprun!
Marina LatiniMarina Latini originally comes from the picturesque town on the shores of Lake Zell. For her studies and first job she went to Salzburg but in her heart she has remained faithful to her home town. In her opinion it is its diversified nature which makes Zell am See-Kaprun so unique. She is glad to share her enthusiasm for the region's diversity with guests and holidaymakers. In the marketing department, she organizes new events and takes care of the region's web profile with lots of creativity and cheerfulness.
Monika EmbacherMonika Embacher's life is full of contrasts: working as an accountant for the region is a matter-of-fact job. In her leisure time she prefers things a tad more lively - going spinning at Kaprun's fitness studio 'Injoy' for example. And she also likes biking in the mountains, skiing on the pistes or doing magic - for her family in her kitchen at home.
Pia SchiedShe is the right-hand and sometimes also the 'left-hand' girl for the marketing department. Since she was born in Zell and loves taking a walk, going on a bicycle tour or swimming in Lake Zell, she knows the region off pat. Going out in the evenings? Just ask Pia! Since 1st June 2010 she has been managing director of the Tourismus GmbH and thus controls the fate of the entire region. When she is not busy promoting the twin towns on the international market, she enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, swimming, and rock climbing to relax and unwind.
SchmittenSandra was born in Rauris thus it is easy to understand where her love for the Austrian Alps comes from. Winter sports are another passion of hers. In the summertime she exchanges her skis for walking boots. It's only logical that she has made her hobbies her profession by work-ing in the guest service on Schmittenhöhe.
Schwab MarinaAs one of the younger team members, Marina contributes many new impulses in guest service. She works at the call centre during the summer season. To take her career to the next level, she has attended the tourism school Klessheim in Salzburg. As a balance to her job she goes jogging, swimming and inline skating. And when the temperatures are dropping she spends her free time on the piste or at the Advent market.
Veronika KohlhuberThe guest service of the region is her domain. She utterly identifies with her job - even in her leisure time. You can be sure that she knows what she is talking about when giving away in-siders' tips. In order to keep up to date, Veronika roams the region on touring skis in winter and on her bike or equipped with hiking boots in the summer months.
